During your consultation appt, you will be given a client intake form that causes you to explore certain areas of your life, and rate them based on how satisfied you are with that area of your life. Meet Your Coach:

Erica Greene currently resides in Chesterfield Virginia. She has studied at Regent University and earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology concentrating in Clinical and Counseling Psychology. Erica has obtained her certification as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) Adult and Child. She has also completed and obtained her life coach certification through Richmond University certified through the International Association of Professional Recovery Coaches. Erica has worked in the mental health field with individuals with intellectual disabilities for 7 years. She is currently working as an intensive in-home counselor and a mental health counselor, and has previously served as a crisis counselor. Erica is very passionate about helping others by giving them a safe place to share their thoughts and feelings, being their accountability partner, and helping them with career development, spiritual growth, relationships, budgeting, balance, boundaries, creating goals, and implementing strategies. Erica is excited about helping you make healthier choices and decisions to become a healthier version of yourself!
